From the very first moment I experienced her voice combined with sound healing, I felt something shift inside me.  It wasn’t just relaxation it was a deep remembering of peace.  Her voice carries a softness and purity that seems to bypass the mind and speak directly to the soul, while the sound bowls gently guide you into a space of surrender and stillness.

Each experience has felt unique yet consistently grounding and healing.  At times I’ve felt emotions rise and release without effort.  Other times, I’ve seen colors, felt warmth move through my body or I simply have been held in a profound sense of calm and safety.  Whether in person, on a live Zoom call, or even through her recorded sessions, the energy and intention she brings is unmistakable and deeply felt.

What makes her work so special is the way her voice and sound work together.  Maria’s  singing feels angelic and nurturing, while the vibrations of the bowls seem to realign something within me.  I often leave feeling lighter, clearer and more centered, as though my nervous system has been gently reset and my heart softened.

This practice has become a sanctuary for me, a place to return to myself, to breathe, to heal, and to simply be.  I truly believe this kind of sound and voice healing is something everyone could benefit from especially in a world that moves too fast.  It’s not just an experience it’s a gift you give yourself…a moment of peace, connection and deep inner restoration. 

This was an extraordinarily beautiful experience from start to finish. Maria’s presence and guidance illuminated the environment to a degree that powerfully impacted and great greatly helped myself and the other guests in attendance.

The sound's healing, combined with Maria’s vocals and powerful rhythms in the background, created a safe space for us, attendees to feel comfortable with the process of understanding our deep feelings towards becoming almost free and highest versions of ourselves. I’m not sure about everyone else in my life is a hot mess. I’m doing the best I can, but as I’ve gotten older, my ability to handle stress with grease has gone from bad to destructive. Working with Maria has given me more hope, direction, guidance, and peace. I definitely recommend connecting with her so you can see for yourself.

I’ve now experienced a one-on-one as well as virtual group class and I must say the Maduza song of the soul experience is amazing! Maria provides a light in the darkness and helps others rediscover and step into their own light. I left each session with information and tools to help bring peace and self-love into my life. Maria Di Cara is an amazing singer, why she doesn’t have an American music award is beyond me. One of the most beautiful voices and what an amazing faithful God loving soul she has. This was my first time attending the Meduza experience, and I immediately felt a relief. I slept great right after and fully felt at ease, Maria is so calming to be around and made me feel so comfortable.  It was great. It was super relaxing. Almost to relaxing because I find sometimes that I fall asleep. I get in such a trance. But I really needed it last night. Maria, yesterday I listened to your first healing session, the one I had to leave because of a bad sound. Just to say, that I slept like a baby for 11 hours after that. I fell asleep at 11pm, when for months I can't go to sleep before 2- 3am… amazing. it felt like I was slowly melting and slowly coming back to my body and my heart.... and today I felt so openhearted and touched by life, people and all abundance.

Loved it! Had pretty stressful day at work and coming here after completely reset my day. When the sound bowls play and Maria sings her voice is so soothing I almost instantly fall asleep. I slept so good after class  and really appreciate to have this to come to after working, definitely coming again.

The guided meditation class was an outstanding experience. This is definitely a great opportunity to destress and connect with yourself and give time and attention to your body.
